Original Paintings & Giclee Prints Q: What are giclee prints?
Limited Edition Giclee prints are high-quality reproductions of original artwork, created using advanced inkjet technology. We use archival inks and paper to ensure that the prints are vibrant and long-lasting. Most af our prints are limited edition prints.
Are your original paintings and prints available for international shipping?
Yes! W offer international shipping for both original paintings and giclee prints. When you place an order, you will receive a shipping quote based on your location.
Can I commission a custom painting?
Yes! W accept commissions for custom paintings. Please contact us with your ideas, including size, medium, and inspiration, and we will discuss the possibilities.
What payment methods do you accept?
W accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
What is your return policy for artwork and prints?
W have a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your artwork, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange. However, an exchange of the work with another may be made. Cash is not refunded. Custom commission pieces are equally non-refundable.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. International shipping times can vary; please allow additional time for customs clearance. Shipping for over-sized works may take longer than the conventional sizes.
How will my artworks be presented to me?
At Hopehill Gallery, you can choose between purchasing an original artwork or a print. Our prints are available as high-quality giclée prints, printed on premium canvas or mounted on a matted surface and protected with a black frame. You can select your preferred option during the checkout process. Please note that original artworks are shipped in their authentic, unaltered form and do not offer this choice.
